We are a small artisan confectionery company situated in the bustling city of London.
Our confections are all handcrafted in small batches using only the best ingredients
and British produce where possible.
We do as much by hand as we can - from tempering the chocolate, dipping and decorating
each chocolate individually, to dicing every fruit that goes into our gourmet jams.
It's labour intensive, we know... But we'd have it no other way!
Prior to moving to London Alex studied food preparation back in his home country, Brazil. On arrival in London Alex studied pastry and desserts at the renowned Le Corden Bleu, before taking his skill and passion to Michelin Star establishments. It was at this moment Alex realised his true passion lay with chocolate and confectionery.
With a background in art and design, Louise first met Alex whilst working together for a chocolate company in London, and have been working alongside one another ever since. Having now started their own business and developed their own collection they are looking to share their passion for all things sweet!

All of our products are produced in an environment where nuts, peanuts, gluten, milk, eggs, sesame and celery are handled.
All of our products are products are suitable for vegetarians. Our jellies are also only made with pectin from fruits!
We use only the finest ingredients, fruit purees, fresh fruit or infuse with fresh herbs to give our chocolates delicious and destinctive flavours.
Our boxes of chocolates contain a mixture of our seasonal flavours and all individual pieces contain dairy (milk). Please contact us if you have any special requirements regarding allergens before placing an order.
